The biggest difference is when we get involved and how much support you need along the way. At TOR, we offer three core experiences:

• Signature Experience | Full Planning: From the first big idea to the final farewell, we're with you throughout the planning process. Think vendor sourcing, budget management, design guidance, logistics and wedding-day coordination. This one is especially good when you have no idea where to start.
• Curated Experience | Customized Planning: Imagine you are knee deep in vendor emails, a bunch of appointments booked and still have a full time job. That's where we step in, you tell us where you need us most and we deliver. You've got the vision but you'd love a professional in your corner. We help organize, refine and manage the remaining details while bringing everything together.
• Final Touch | Wedding-Day Coordination: You've done the planning, made the decisions and booked your vendors. Now it's time to hand over the logistics. We step in before the wedding to review your plans, build your timeline with the details and manage the wedding day so you can enjoy what you've worked so hard to create.

Wedding planning costs can vary quite a bit depending on the level of service, the size and complexity of your wedding, the location and the amount of support you need. On average, a wedding planner can range from $1,500 to $8,000.

At TOR, our package price points are based on each couple, not a flat fee. Not all weddings are the same, we treat all of our clients uniquely with starting points, not one-size-fits-all price tags.

We know every couple has different priorities, and we're happy to discuss what makes the most sense for your wedding and budget.

We're glad you asked! We believe your wedding planning experience should reflect your wedding, not force you into paying for something that doesn't quite fit.

Our packages provide an approximate spend amount, but we will adjust the scope of services, level of involvement and planning support based on your needs.

Maybe you need a little extra help sourcing vendors, a few additional planning meetings or support with a particularly complicated setup. Or perhaps you're having a smaller wedding and don't need every element included in a standard package.

We'll talk through what you're looking for, determine what support makes sense and provide a customized proposal outlining exactly what's included and what it costs.

No mystery pricing. No unnecessary extras. Just the support you actually need.

No hidden surprises here. We want you to know exactly what you're paying for before you book.

Your customized proposal and agreement will outline your services, fees, payment schedule and any applicable additional costs.

Depending on your wedding and the services requested, additional expenses may include travel outside our standard service area, accommodations, additional planning hours, extended wedding-day coverage or other services outside your agreed package.

Any additional costs will be discussed and approved with you before they're added.

Transparency is part of the experience. The only surprises we want are the good ones!

Absolutely! Vendor communication and collaboration are an important part of what we do.

Depending on your package and the level of support you've booked, we can assist with vendor research, recommendations, booking assistance, meetings, ongoing communication and coordination.

For full and partial planning clients, this may mean helping you find the right vendors, discussing logistics, confirming details and making sure everyone is working toward the same vision.

For Final Touch clients, we'll step in during the agreed coordination period to connect with your vendors, review their arrangements and confirm the details needed for a smooth wedding day.

We'll always work within your preferred level of involvement. You can stay as hands-on as you'd like, or let us take some of those conversations off your plate. If you need us to meet with certain vendors, or better yet vet vendors, we will be happy to add that to our list of to-dos. This is our full-time priority so you don't have to take time off work to meet with potential vendors.
